Why a one-time payment plus a subscription, not all-in-one?
Because they are two different things. The site is an object built once: it deserves to be paid once — and to belong to you. Visibility (SEO, reviews, lead follow-up) is continuous work: it lives as a subscription. You can take the site alone, or both.
Why a 12-month commitment on the subscription?
Because SEO takes 3 to 6 months to show what it can do. Twelve months is an honest test — and in exchange, the setup fee (€490) is waived. After the first year, the subscription rolls monthly, no fees.
What happens if I stop the subscription?
The site stays online and keeps working — it belongs to you. You lose maintenance, backups, improvements and the visibility features. I help you migrate hosting if you wish.
I have no logo, no copy, no photos. A blocker?
No. The guided brief starts with an inventory. For copy, I guide you with simple frames; for photos, a well-framed smartphone shoot is often enough. If needed, I bring in partner photographers (on quote).
What if I don’t know yet what I want?
That’s exactly what the guided brief is for: simple questions, examples to tick, and a recap at the end. You have nothing to prepare before starting.
What happens after the 12 months?
Nothing changes except freedom: the subscription becomes monthly and can be cancelled anytime. The price you have stays your price — it does not rise as new features ship.
